OUR VISION AND MISSION

The purpose of the Church is to glorify God by fulfilling the Great Commandment (Matthew 22:36-40) and the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20). The visions and missions of the church are:

1. MUSIC MINISTRY
To share the good news of Jesus Christ with as many people as possible through the Word and through the sound and power of Christian worship music in our community and throughout the world, bringing the Good News and Gospel Music by adapting the methods using CD, Audio, and Video outreach. (Matthew 28:18-20, Acts 1:8, Peter 3:9).

2. PRAISE AND WORSHIP
To participate in public worship services wherever needed and or together with and through the City of Praise band and to maintain personal daily devotions.
(John 4:24)

3. FELLOWSHIP
To encourage, support and pray for each other as members of the family of God. To share our lives together. (I John 1:7, Acts 2:44-47, Hebrews 10:23-25, Romans 15:5,7 John 13:34-35)

4. DISCIPLESHIP
To help members develop toward full Christian maturity and train them for effective ministry throughout the world. To promote personal, spiritual growth, good citizenship through solid Bible teaching. (Ephesians 4:11-13, Matthew 18:20, Timothy 2:2)

5. MINISTRY/SERVICE
To serve unselfishly, in Jesus' name, meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of those in our Church, homes for the aged, orphanage, prisons, community and in the world. (1 Peter 4:10-11, Matthew 25: 34-40, 1 Thessalonians 5:11, Galatians 5:13)

6. EDUCATION
To maintain a bible school, to build a missionary training center and learning centers
around the world. Now planning to build the COP Bible School for 2008.

Today's Result:
We have built an Elementary Missionary School to hold 350 children in Kalimantan,
Indonesia. New High school building Project scheduled on line end of 2007.

7. OPPORTUNITIES
This church seeks to benefit its members and people involved in ministries worldwide by providing opportunities for financial, spiritual, physical, intellectual, social and cultural development where ever and when ever it can. (Luke 2:52)

8. URBAN OUTREACH
A ministry of thanksgiving, for the many opportunities America has given us as immigrants from various places and continents. Therefore reaching out to the homeless, engaging in the "Food Ministry", internationally as well as in an urban outreach. (Matthew 25:34-40, Acts 6:1-4)

9. TRAVEL OUTREACH & EDUCATION
Educational trips to the Holy Land and Indonesia. Basic teaching & education of the Life of Jesus in Israel, by reenactment study of signs and wonders, walking into His foot steps.( 1st trip - September 1999) with 54 members. A Missionary trip to Indonesia (West and mid-Java) and Bali, ministering to the poor and sick.(2nd trip - September 2003). Call for information regarding our other future Outreach-Programs.
